LAS AF Lite is a free, read-only viewer from Leica Microsystems CMS GmbH designed for reviewing microscopy data acquired with Leica’s LAS AF (Leica Application Suite Advanced Fluorescence). It enables users to open Leica .lif files and explore multi-dimensional datasets—including multiple channels, z-stacks, and time-lapse sequences—without needing the original acquisition system.
